Most scenarios can be helped within 1-3 sessions. The first session is usually 1 hour followed by or 2 x 45 min sessions. Pricing will depend on the programme designed for you and will always be agreed up front before starting. There is no obligation to go ahead so please do get in touch to discuss your requirements and to discuss the outcomes you are hoping for.
